Very good movie.. But If you do all them exercises for your chest workout wouldnt that be classed as over training your chest? Also how many sets and reps for every exercise mentioned above in the movie?

I pretty sure its not over training the chest and for a beginner I would do about 3 sets for upper, middle, lower chest. Also I would do 10 reps for the first set, and then 8 reps for the 2nd set, then 6 reps for the 3rd set. But make sure your bench weight increase every set.
