You would think that creating content and filming fitness can be boring and grueling work, but such is not the case behind the scenes here at The Fit Show. Our closely-knit group of four individuals, each with his own passion for fitness, takes great joy and pride in our work while always remaining laid back and goal oriented. Were always trying to find great ways to communicate the FUN we take out of our work to our viewers by getting them involved and making them feel like they are part of the crew. Below you can find mini-profiles of each member of The Fit Show written to be both fun and informative. Travis Chapman | Travis is most comparable to the Spartacus of The Fit Show. In 2004 his unique vision and passion for fitness propelled him to create a show unlike anything on the Internet. He then assembled what would later become known as Chapman Media Group (obviously full of himself), with a main focus on an online video series called The Fit Show. The crew consisted of 4 core people, each with his own subset of skills, talent, ability to take the place of one another, and a similar passion. Travis’ excitable charm and passion was quickly passed down to his employees each developing a perfect understanding and desire to create this one of a kind series. Though Travis spends much of his time with business administration, he is always able to pass on his enthusiasm and keep motivated though everything. His attention to employees and personal involvement with every project gives everyone a very clear and concise excitement for the next project. |

Nick Thiel | Nick is the senior video editor and “King of Post Production” here at The Fit Show, (but don’t mistake me for that goofball Mike King). In 2004 he earned a Degree from the Art Institute of Los Angeles for Video Production, and quickly jumped into the fitness industry to create unmatched original content. His unquestioned talent has help the fit show excel among thousands of other video shows on the internet and even helped us to win a Telly Award in 2005. As a horror connoisseur, Nick has taken inspiration from some of the worst produced, and lowest budgeted films to bring about a revolution in the video industry, Fitness videos NOT starring Chuck Norris or Tony Little. In all reality as much as we love to hate Nick, his skills force us to keep him onboard. pre-production planning, sound editing, graphics and putting a smile on our faces are just a few of his responsibilities. |
