Back to Basics Workout Series Cover Are you tired of questions asking you if you are tired of fad diets, bogus training routines, and Yo-yo diets? We are too, that’s why we wont ask you. Instead we are just going to feed it to you until you bite on and actually take the time to get fit. Many fitness programs tell you everything will be superb if you do a million of these or a million of those, and tend to forget the basics of exercising. So we are introducing our first download ready video series that is going to focus solely on the basic exercises you can use to start forming a regular routine.

This is no ordinary lose 10 pounds in 10 days, in fact, we don’t even expect you to lose 5 pounds in the first week. We do however, expect you to learn to proper methods, the steps and correct form for basic exercises to help your routines progress.

Our first download ready series is going to prove exactly how we set ourselves apart. Back to Basics is an informational video series that delivers an abundance of informative tips and variations of basic exercises that are paramount to any workout regimen. The Back to Basics series encompasses 5 episodes, each covering a different muscle group. Each Video is between 20 and 25 minutes and is loaded with very useful information that stresses the importance of proper form, body rotation and timing.

Once you purchase a video, you are free to use it wherever you want, anywhere. That means your local-park, library, subway station or zoo. At this point you may be asking yourself “How would I do that, better yet, why would I do that?” This question can easily be answered with 1 word – Ipod. All of our videos have the ability to be transferred to your Ipod using Itunes, and are compatible with most other portable media devices. Here is a sample trailer:

This is our first series of many yet to come. Future series will come with accompanying in-depth information guide, a schedule, nutrition guide and much more. However, it still makes for some great information. Check out the videos guys, they are practically free. Imagine having a full library of videos you can string together to make the perfect 30 minute routine daily. Every muscle group - every area. Tell us what you want to see and you got it!

Wow! Those were some awesome routines and combinations. I definitely felt it afterwards. I had completely forgotten about some of those and actually learned one or two more. Thanks guys!
